Longboarding :D For those who don’t know a longboard is like a skateboard but bigger and easier to ride, more for travelling than tricks. My brother has one, as well as a couple of skateboards, and i’m thinking I might buy one for myself so we can go out together more at the same pace, and he’s not pushing non- stop trying to keep up.
In other news, I joined a running club a few weeks ago and now we’re running 7 miles every monday! Love it, although my feet hurt a bit so I might need new running shoes…mine are almost a year old I guess.
Anyway, that’s my update! Hope everyone is doing great :)
Before/During: 68kgs/149,6lbs down to 55,6kgs/122,3lbs!

Breakfast: 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1 tbsp almond butter & an apple
Lunch: slice of ezekiel bread with tomato basil hummus & cucumbers, chickpeas and brown rice w/ red bell pepper & red onion
Snack: 1/2 cup ancient grains granola with almond milk & raspberries w/ an espresso :3
Dinner: grilled portobello mushroom & asparagus with 1 egg & 1 oz chicken (and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese)
Dessert: greek yogurt, raspberries, blueberries & 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

And actually felt good! Going on holiday this year with some friends so I can’t wait now :)
